No. Our sessions are designed to accommodate all experience levels. Because classes are small and expertly coached, instructors provide guidance and modifications to ensure each client trains safely and effectively, regardless of starting point.
All sessions and packages must be paid for in advance. Ten-session packages require a minimum commitment of two sessions per week to support consistency and results.
Cancellations must be made at least four (4) hours prior to the scheduled session; late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. These policies help us maintain availability and ensure fairness for all clients.
